Application Process

1) You will want to read the SOCSA Academy Handbook (PDF).

2) Download and complete application

3) Please submit at least one letter of recommendation from your current arts teacher and/or private instructor

4) Review application and make sure all sections are completed. Mail applications and letters of recommendation to:

5) All applicants will need to contact the SOCSA office to schedule an artistic review. Artistic reviews are held during the Spring semester at Dana Hills High School. The first rounds of auditions for the 2010/11 school year were held on March 5, 3:00-6:00 and March 6, 9:00-12:00. For those students who haven't auditioned yet, auditions will also be held on Friday, April 23rd, from 3:00-6:00 and on Saturday April 24th, from 9:00-12:00 noon at Dana Hills High School.
